Delete inside the app

User app: open the Profile menu, then Delete account, and confirm. Astrologer app: open Settings, then Delete account, and confirm. Deletion is immediate. It is refused only if you have an active chat, call or open remedy order; finish it first. You are signed out and the account is closed.

Delete without the app

Email astroguruveer@gmail.com with the subject Delete my Bhavishyavani account. Write from the Google email you used to sign in. Astrologers: include your display name and registered phone number. Never send a password or PIN. We reply within 7 days and finish deletion within 30 days of confirming it is you.

Before you delete

• Use up any wallet balance first. Unused paid balance is not refunded for a change of mind (see the Refund Policy). Wrong or duplicate charges are still reviewed.
• Astrologers: email us before deleting if you have unpaid earnings.

What is deleted

• Name, email, profile and birth details.
• Chats, photos and voice messages.
• Support messages.

What we keep

• Wallet, payment, order and dispute records, for the time that tax, accounting and consumer law require.
• Records needed to prevent fraud and abuse.
• Support messages are visible to users and astrologers for 7 days. Admin support-message retention is 30 days; older messages are deleted automatically the next time the support system is used.
• Reports about misuse, including the reported content, are kept so they can be reviewed and to prevent abuse; we do not delete them automatically. Your block list is deleted when you delete your account.
