Who we are

Bhavishyavani by Veer is run by Veer Pratap Tiwari (proprietor), trade name Bhavishyavani. Address: Durgorwa, Balpur, Paraspur, Gonda, Uttar Pradesh - 271125, India. Support: astroguruveer@gmail.com. This policy covers the Bhavishyavani by Veer app, the Bhavishyavani for Astrologers app and the website.

What we collect

From users:

• Name and email from your Google sign-in, and an account ID.
• Birth date, time and place, if you enter them. You can skip this.
• Chat messages, photos and voice messages you send in a chat.
• Session records: start and end time, length, the astrologer's rate and the charge.
• Wallet balance and wallet history, including free credits.
• Ratings, reviews and support tickets.

From astrologers

Astrologer accounts are created by our team. We keep:

• Name, display name, phone number, photo and profile text.
• Languages, experience, rates and availability.
• Consultation records, earnings and payout records.
• Chats and voice messages with users.

What we do not collect

• We do not store card or UPI details. If an online payment is added later, the payment provider handles them.
• We do not read your contacts, SMS or call log.
• We do not record voice or video calls.

Calls, voice messages and photos

Calls are not recorded. Call audio passes live through our calling provider, Agora, and is not saved.

Chat voice messages and photos are stored as part of the chat. The other person in the chat can see and play them. They are deleted when you delete your account.

A person in a chat could record the screen or sound with other tools. Do not assume complete secrecy, and share only what you are comfortable sharing.

How we use your information

• To sign you in and run your account.
• To connect you with an astrologer and prepare your birth chart.
• To work out charges and show your wallet and session history.
• To answer support requests, handle reports and stop misuse.
• To show notices about chats, calls and your account inside the app.

AI-assisted features

Some features, such as daily guidance and Panchang text, use Google Gemini. For these, the text you enter and your birth details may be sent to Google to produce the answer. AI text can be wrong. Use the report option in the app if an answer is harmful or incorrect.

Who handles data for us

These providers process data only to run the service. We do not sell your data.

• Google: sign-in and AI features.
• Agora: live voice and video connection.
• Cloudflare: hosting and storage of the service.
• Render: hosts our Kundli (birth chart) engine.
• Prokerala: astrology calculations.
• Open-Meteo: finds the place from the birth place you type.
• Google ML Kit and Google Translate: on-device and in-app translation.

Keeping and deleting your data

You can delete your account in the app. User app: Profile menu, then Delete account. Astrologer app: Settings, then Delete account. In the app, deletion is immediate once confirmed, unless you have an active chat, call or open remedy order. You can also ask on our web page, https://bhavishyavani.astroguruveer.workers.dev/delete-account, or by email, without opening the app.

Requests sent by web page or email are finished within 30 days of confirming it is you.

On deletion we remove your profile, birth details, chats, photos, voice messages.

We keep wallet, payment, order and dispute records for as long as tax, accounting and consumer law require, and records needed to prevent fraud and abuse.

Your choices

You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, deletion, or to withdraw consent for optional data. Email astroguruveer@gmail.com from the address you signed in with. We may ask a question to confirm it is you. Never email passwords or payment PINs.

Adults only

Paid services are for people 18 and over. If you think a child is using the service, write to us and we will act.

Security

We use encrypted connections. No online service can promise perfect security, so keep your login private.

Changes

When this policy changes, we publish the new text with an updated date. If a change is important, we will tell you in the app.
