The conditions for using Bhavishyavani and ordering astrology services.

1. Operator and acceptance

This website is operated by Bhavishyavani (Proprietor: Veer Pratap Tiwari). By using the service, you agree to these terms and the Privacy, Return & Refund and Cancellation policies. Effective date: 12 October 2026.

2. Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 years old to use paid services. Provide accurate account and birth details, protect your login, and report unauthorized account use. Do not impersonate another person or submit someone else's private details without permission.

3. Services and availability

Services include chat and call consultations, Kundli reports and remedy or online puja options. Availability depends on the service and astrologer. A catalogue entry is not a guarantee of immediate availability. Scope, timing and inclusions must be confirmed before an order.

4. Prices and payment

Chat and call rates are INR 10-120 per minute. The chosen astrologer's rate is shown before a session. Each started minute is counted. Kundli reports are INR 499; remedies and online puja start at INR 1,100. Any applicable taxes or extra charges must be shown in the final total before payment.

The app's prepaid wallet is for consultations, not a bank account. Unused paid balance is non-refundable for a change of mind. Wrong or duplicate charges and technical failures are reviewed under the refund policy. Balance cannot be transferred to another user or withdrawn as cash except through the applicable refund process. Promotional credits are not refundable. Do not pay an astrologer outside the approved payment flow.

5. Ending sessions and cancellations

You may end a chat or call at any time; used minutes remain chargeable. Cancellation of scheduled services and personalized orders is covered by the Cancellation Policy. Technical failures and disputed charges are covered by the Return & Refund Policy.

6. Responsible use

Do not harass, threaten or abuse another person; submit illegal content; disrupt the service; or misuse accounts and payments. Users and astrologers can report and block each other in the app, and report AI-generated responses. Blocking stops further chats, calls and messages between the two accounts. Reports are reviewed and access may be restricted for misuse. A restriction does not remove your right to raise a valid payment or service complaint.

7. Nature of astrology

Readings are the astrologer's interpretation and opinion. No prediction, remedy or puja guarantees an outcome. Astrology is not professional medical, legal, financial or emergency advice. Seek qualified help for those needs.

8. Content and personal information

Respect the rights of others. Do not copy or resell another person's report or private consultation without permission. Our Privacy Policy explains how service information is handled. You can delete your account in the app; wallet credit is not refundable and any balance is lost on deletion. By signing in, you confirm that you have read and accept these terms and the Privacy Policy; the time and version of your acceptance are recorded.

9. Complaints and legal rights

Contact support with the relevant ticket, order or session reference. These terms are governed by Indian law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies available under applicable consumer or other laws.

10. Changes

Material changes will be published with an updated date. The price and terms confirmed for an existing paid order will not be replaced retroactively by a new catalogue price.

Reporting and blocking

Every chat and call has Report and Block. Users can report astrologers. Astrologers can report and block users. We review reports and may warn, limit or close an account. Harassment, hate, threats, sexual content, impersonation, asking for personal contact details or payments outside the app, and sharing another person's private details are not allowed.

AI-assisted features

Some text in the app is written with AI. It can be wrong and is not a substitute for an astrologer's advice or for professional advice. Use Report in the app to flag an answer.

Wallet and payments in this version

Wallet top-up is not available in this version. Any balance, free credit or history you see is for information. When top-up is added, the prices and rules will be shown before you pay and these terms will be updated.

Services that may differ by version

Some services listed here, such as paid Kundli reports, remedies and online puja, may not be available in every version of the app.

Closing your account

You can delete your account at any time, as described on the delete-account page. We may close accounts that break these terms.

Astrologers

Astrologers are approved by our team. They must be respectful, must not promise guaranteed results, and must not give medical, legal or financial advice. They must not ask for contact details or payments outside the app, and must not record or share a consultation.
